The price comparison site Confused.com has analyzed the life events that are most shared in Instagram and TikTok, which are the absolute kings when it comes to posting content. To analyze these trends, a study was conducted using hashtags, which serve to connect audiences with content.
With this data, companies can get an idea of their potential customers on each platform. This way, they can better position themselves and focus their campaigns based on trends.

This study doesn't reveal anything that wasn't already known: people tend to announce some of the most important events with great fanfare, such as a wedding, a birthday, or a birth.
