Aída Victoria spoke about when she rejected $50 million: this was the proposal
Through her Instagram stories, the influencer denied several rumors discrediting her: prostitution, her mother's escape plan, among others.

The last few months of the year have been a time of denying rumor after rumor for Aída Victoria Merlano: Does she miss Yeferson Cossio? Is she money laundering? This time, the Barranquilla native responded to several comments left in the social media question box, which she titled "Tell me a piece of gossip you've heard about me."
One of them said, "You're only with your new boyfriend for fun." The young woman denied the accusation, saying, "I'm one of the highest-paid content creators in Colombia on this platform, but people always assume my money must come from a man. Why is that?"
On the other hand, she was also asked if both she and her mother had undergone surgery to look like each other and thus confuse the law. This rumor surfaced after the young woman was detained for five days.

Needless to say, this didn't happen, the Barranquilla native hinted at it with a few bursts of laughter.
Finally, Aída Victoria addressed the rumor that she had once turned to prostitution. To prove this was not true, she explained how she has been making a living since she was a minor.

"There was a time when I had a fight with my mom and started selling accessories, which I did really well at. Then we started fighting again, but this time I left home. And to further convince her followers that she had never sold her body, she talked about the time a man offered 50 million pesos to someone close to her; all the influencer had to do was have a coffee with him.
“50 million pesos to sit down and have a coffee with me in the place I chose so I felt safe,” she confessed.

And he added: “But no, I earned that same money by sitting down with a businessman who has no romantic interest in me, but simply values me for what I represent as a brand.”
This has undoubtedly been a scandal-filled year in Aída Victoria Merlano's life. Yet, she hasn't seemed defeated by them at any point; on the contrary, she always finds the most eloquent words to put herself in a good light in any situation that threatens to discredit her.
