According to what Espinoza told Expreso, the purpose of recording this content was that of a friend. “We asked the students before recording and we told them that we were going to cover their faces. They said yes. I estimated that they were about 16 or 17 years old,” she explained.
The influencer told the media that, although her actions were not being justified, He made the videos to promote his account where he posts adult content.
"I didn't do it right, I didn't do the right thing. But you should know that today, 13, 14, 15-year-olds go out with drugs, and if they only touched breasts for a few seconds, that's it, it's over," he argued.
According to article 103 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code of Ecuador, child pornography crimes are punishable by prison sentences ranging from 13 to 16 years.
On Ecuadorian social media, as expected, the criticism has been many and varied.
What Mrs. Luisa Espinoza does is the total Felipe Crespization of content. They have no notion of harm, they are only doing things for money. They do not care about the terrible damage they can cause.
They don't even have the desire to care.
