The social network Instagram has released a new update that allows users to write notes over a set time range. With simple and clear messages, the app's new statuses aim to get people to leave a short announcement on their profile to share with their followers what they're doing in real time.
Users will be able to use 60 characters to form the phrase they want to share. Not only will they be able to use text or letters, but emojis will also be useful for embellishing the note and attracting the attention of other internet users.
“During testing, we found that people appreciated having a quick and easy way to share their thoughts and start conversations. From asking for recommendations to sharing what they're up to, Notes gives users a casual and spontaneous way to express themselves and connect with each other,” the social media platform Instagram shared.
On average, Notes last 24 hours after publication And one of their advantages is that they allow users to connect with other people quickly and easily. To find them, simply go to the Direct Message section of the app and at the top of the chats bubbles will appear with the photo and status of the person posting.
By following these steps, you'll be able to view your status for the next 24 hours and interact with anyone who might write to you.
