The social network Instagram, owned by Meta, is starting to implement new features in an account segment as a beta test before launching on all devices. These include adding music to feed posts and scheduling Reels.
This was announced by @creators, the social network's information profile, where they explained that music is a feature they value greatly and that they wanted to also transfer it to the posts in the 'feed'The steps are simple: upload the photo as you normally would and before posting it, select the 'Add music' option, then search for a song and select the section (between 5 and 90 seconds) of the song.

Instagram has also introduced several new features to Reels. The most anticipated: scheduling posts that will allow up to 75 days before uploading the video automatically. How? After creating the post, go to the "Advanced Settings" section and select the "Schedule Post" option. Select when you want to publish it, and then select the option.

From Instagram they wanted to show that the new functions have as objective to maintain the number of users and try to create more interactivity between users and the network. With this, they've created an "Achievements" section to celebrate the efforts of creators with their Reels. These achievements will be achieved by interacting with their community, other creators, and joining the conversation using music or trending effects. Thus, by tapping the menu options on any Reel, creators can track their achievements and see their predictions.
