He also mentioned that now the users can share larger files. “We are now rolling out surveys, voice calls with 32 people, shareable links to schedule a video call, and more.”
In August of this year the application started the beta test of the Communities feature, which offers a simpler way for users to communicate with the different groups they are part of. To do this, WhatsApp enabled a new tab within the application located at the top left of the screen in the case of Android.
While the feature was already available to some users of the operating system of Android, with this announcement it is confirmed that the devices that use the system iOS will also have access to this feature with the button that will be enabled at the bottom of the screen of the application.

Another new feature of the application is that you can send files by WhatsApp up to 2 GB at once with the protection of end-to-end encryption. This increases the previous limit of 100 MB. According to the official publication of the platform of messages, a counter was also added while downloading or uploading files.
Administrators will have greater importance with the official launch of the communities thanks to the fact that they were provided with more tools moderation, such as the ability to eliminate messages no matter who sent it within a group chatWhen this happens, users will be able to tell that the message has been removed by an administrator.
WhatsApp has also been working on a feature that would allow people to create surveys in the app's group chats and finally this feature has been rolled out to everyone. In the beta test Users could set a total of 12 answer options, so a reduction in that amount is not expected.
On the other hand, the WhatsApp groups grew again and it was announced that the number of people who will be able to join them will rise from 500 to 1,024, in addition to enabling communication functions such as voice calls with capacity of up to 32 people simultaneously for all users.
Additionally, the function that allows setting has also been launched links to video calls that can be scheduled for the future, according to what could be seen in the video published by the CEO of MetaMark Zuckerberg. A feature that some people already had enabled but is now available to all users.
Understanding that security is also an important feature that users can benefit from, WhatsApp indicated that all messages, including files and calls, are end-to-end encrypted, which prevents the application from collecting this information.
