There, he explained that he originally didn't want to record the song, but was forced to do so to complete the tracklist for his album, unaware that it would be his biggest hit. This would have encouraged her to hear the story behind "Tímido" from the singer himself.
Last Monday, Rivera held the usual Q&A session on his Instagram for his more than three million followers. When asked about the origin of "El Timido," the artist responded that the song was created by his son, the urban music singer.
