Instagram compilation reels. Omicron
2022 is almost overThere are only a few days left for Spain to say goodbye to a turbulent (and strange) year, and social media and app developers are seizing the moment to launch features that allow users collect your entire year in one place, as This is the case of Spotify WrappedNow, it's Instagram's turn, which has presented your Recap Reel 2022.
Instagram is once again targeting Reels, this time by posting a template for your short videos which allows users to publish what content they have consumed so far this year in a summary that they can share. However, in this case, these compilations will be narrated by certain artists and influencers like Bad Bunny, rapper Badshah, Priah Ferguson (Stranger Things) or DJ Khaled.
All of this will result in a Reel and a selection of up to 14 photos to share. Everything will be automatically edited into a complete Reel that users can upload to their account without any additional action.
Users should start seeing a new button in their apps: "Create your own 2022 Reel compilation" located on the app's home page. Users simply tap that button or start a Reel to select a template and follow the steps.
In recent years, Instagram has created various image and post collection features.
