The Attorney General's Office announced two new charges related to threats by Instagram against the integrity of the Antioquian politician Federico Gutierrez, and journalist Luis Carlos Vélez.

After collecting the first inquiries, a prosecutor charged before a Bogotá court of guarantees Andrey Jose Pinarete Galindo, for the crime of threats against human rights defenders and public servants.
According to the investigation, this man would be the person who sent, from his account Instagram, a comment against life and the integrity of former presidential candidate Federico Gutiérrez Zuluaga, on 10 August 2022.
