Based on the information obtained, which involves three victims, an arrest warrant was issued, which was ultimately executed through the Technological Crimes Division of the Federal Investigations Superintendency of the Argentine Federal Police.
The complaints indicated that the young man committed scams through the social media platform Instagram, where he posted products that he ultimately didn't deliver. In his Instagram stories, the dancer shared a photo showing himself at a bar in the Puerto Madero area.
Due to jurisdictional issues, police officers requested assistance from the local division to carry out the arrest, which had been approved by the Intervening Prosecutor's Office. Therefore, officers from various police stations were present at the scene.

The case began on May 15, when Egestti was a member of Tini Stoessel's dance staff. Police sources detailed that the accused used an Instagram account to post the alleged sale of gaming chairs. Upon seeing the images, a woman contacted him and made a cash transfer, promising to receive the products within 48 hours at the most.
However, as time passed, the buyer never received the products, and the dancer not only stopped responding to messages but also closed his social media profile. Faced with this situation, the victim, who had sent a significant sum of money, decided to file a formal complaint, and a fraud investigation was initiated.
Following the reported incident, the case file revealed that the young man carried out the same scheme with at least two other people. The investigation determined that Egestti was simulating the sale of computer supplies and gaming chairs. To do so, he posted professional photos of real stores and purchased fake followers to give the appearance of running a legitimate business.
Police sources reported that the dancer managed to deceive the victims and thus collect several million pesos per month, he indicated. TélamThus, the evidence collected led to the identification of the perpetrator of the scams, and the prosecutor of the San Isidro Correctional Area, Esteban Álvarez, ordered the arrest, which ultimately resulted from a post the accused himself made on his Instagram account.
After being arrested for multiple computer frauds, Egestti was held at the Federal Prison (PFA) jail on Cavia Street in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. He will remain there awaiting authorization from the intervening Court of Requests for his transfer to the province of Buenos Aires to be questioned by Prosecutor Álvarez.
