One of them is in separating the main interface into two sections like TikTok: one with posts designed 'For you', based on your interactions with the app, and another in which you only see tweets from those you follow.
The modification has been introduced first for iOS users. To add this novelty, Twitter has removed the star button that appears in the upper right corner of the start of the app and has changed it for the two new options.
The “For you” and “Following” tabs replace “Home” and “Latest” and will be pinned to the top of your timeline so you can easily switch between them. Swipe to switch timelines instead of tapping the ✨ icon.
Twitter's 'For You', just like Twitter's 'For You' TikTok, shows the old default home interface of the social network, interspersing tweets from people you follow with those that might interest you based on their algorithm. Those who prefer to see what only their followed users post should opt for the other section.
