Popular model and influencer Laurys Dyva moved the digital audience with her touching gesture toward a mother who offered to exchange her flat iron for food for her children. The content creator decided to give the woman shopping vouchers and encouraged her followers to be more empathetic.
The social media diva once again starred in an act of solidarity by donating two shopping carts full of products to a family going through a difficult time. "She (the mother) wanted to exchange a small plate for food for her children. So we gave her a shopping voucher," the influencer wrote on her Instagram account.
In the video, the content creator accompanies the mother and her young children as they fill both shopping carts. After delivering the groceries, the woman who received Laurys's gesture was very emotional and heartily thanked the model.

The donation video quickly went viral, racking up nearly 20,000 likes and more than 800 comments praising the content creator's "empathy." "This is what it means to be a true influencer" and "her behavior is truly admirable" were some of the comments left by social media users on the diva's post.
With the video, Laurys encouraged her followers to show empathy toward others at all times. This isn't the first time the model has performed this type of charitable act. Recently, taking advantage of the Christmas season, the influencer decided to give away Christmas baskets to various people on the streets of Asunción, from informal vendors to locals she encountered along the way.
