Where to buy cheesecakes in Madrid? There are many addresses, but none like the one that just opened in the Salamanca neighborhood. A few days ago, number 60 Velázquez Street was a hive of activity. The curtain had just been raised on the first store in the cheesecakes The city's most famous cakes. These were the cakes that catapulted some Real Madrid players to the Olympus, who started ordering them, enjoying them, and sharing them on social media.
Alex Cordobés has taken its motto from “lcreaminess is not negotiable” very far away through Instagram (it has more than 85,000 followers) but now its in-demand recipes (“born from experimenting with cakes, cooking, the oven, and the old family recipe”) they also have a physical space where they treat them like fine jewelry and where you can go to buy them or pick them up.
