New features are coming to Instagram, and they're doing so to ensure the social network stays relevant ahead of other apps.
Instagram aims to remain the quintessential photo and video social network, even if it means copying features from other apps. In recent weeks, we've seen BeReal take the top spot as the social network of the moment, shifting the popularity scales in its favor.
Instagram's response to this situation is to launch a series of features that are a near-perfect replica of the best features of social networks and apps. Three new features were announced today: groups, Candid Stories and Notes<\/strong>Let's take a closer look at how these new Instagram features work.
Candid Stories<\/strong> It is the functionality that looks directly at BeReal<\/strong>. This feature can be translated as a kind of real stories<\/strong> And, it aims for users to show their followers what they are doing at a specific moment and, above all, to be authentic when performing this action.
